Do OGX® products contain sulfates?
The vast majority of OGX® products contain non sulfated surfactants. Beginning in 2014, Vogue created a handful of shampoos – Coconut Water, Vitamin E, Vitamin B5, Eucalyptus Mint, Tsubaki Blossom, Heavenly Hydration Cherry Blossom, Bamboo Fiber Full, and O2 – that contain one sulfate, Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate (ALS).
Do OGX® shampoos and conditioners contain parabens?
Some of our products do contain parabens. We would recommend checking the ingredients list either on our website or on the back of the product to see if it includes parabens.
Are your shampoos and conditioners pH balanced?
Yes, OGX® products are pH balanced.
- OGX® Shampoos: between 4.0-6.5
- OGX® Conditioners: between 3.5-6.0
- OGX® Body Washes: between 6.0-7.0
- OGX® Lotions: between 6.5-7.5
Are OGX® products tested on animals?
OGX® does not initiate animal tests on either finished products or ingredients whether directly or indirectly. All ingredients used are carefully monitored. All suppliers are requested to confirm that their materials have not been tested on animals. Ingredients which do not have this data supplied for them are not used in any products. OGX® is against the suffering endured by animals when ingredients and products are tested. We support suppliers and organizations that are developing alternative methods of testing without using animals.
Are OGX® products gluten free?
We are fully committed to your safety. Four of our products contain Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein (Gluten): OGX® Thick & Full Biotin & Collagen, OGX® O2 Line, OGX® Niacin and Caffeine Root Stimulator Spray, and OGX® Bamboo Fiber-full Thickening Root Booster. Therefore, we are unable to claim our facility is gluten-free. There is a possibility of contamination during the manufacturing process. We do not guarantee that our products are completely free of ingredients that may elicit an allergic reaction.
Which OGX® collection should I use for my hair type?
OGX® has a variety of products and collections to help you look your best! Feel free to browse our products by your hair type, hair benefit or even your mood to help you decide which OGX® product best suits your need or desired look. You can also mix and match our products for added hair benefits.
Do you have any samples or coupons?
Unfortunately, we do not have any coupons or samples at this time. Please check the Sunday sale papers. Frequently, stores like Walgreens and CVS run a sale or rebate on our items. You can also check our social pages for any special promotions!

Do you send order confirmations?
Yes, we automatically send you an email confirmation of your order. In addition, we will send you another email confirmation after your order has shipped. If you have not received your confirmation, please double check the email address you provided.
How do I change my billing and/or shipping address?

Note that we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, so it may be difficult for us to adjust the shipping address after an order is processed.

Where does OGXBeauty ship?
We currently ship via UPS to continental U.S. addresses only. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

We offer two different UPS shipping speeds:
Standard (5-8 business days): $5.95
Expedited (2-3 business days): $12.95
FYI! Standard shipping is free when you spend $50 or more – so you can get the complete limited edition collection!
When will my order ship?
Standard: Orders placed by 2pm ET Monday-Friday with standard shipping should be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Expedited: Orders placed by 2pm ET Monday-Friday with expedited shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date. Most expedited orders are processed and shipped the same business day.

What is your return policy?

Please note, shipping costs for any returns are not reimbursed unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
